ADMISSIONS
Primary and Secondary: The school admits only on merit, the potential of the applicant to benefit from the educational services available at the school, the capacity of the school to meet the educational needs of the applicant. ADMISSION SHALL NOT BE DENIED BECAUSE OF NATIONALITY, RACE, OR CREED.
The school shall conduct an entrance test for children seeking admission after the parents must have bought the form at a certain fee which is not refundable. An interview is conducted for successful candidates and a letter of admission is given and upon fulfillment of all conditions admissions is confirmed.

Primary : 90% - 100 % - EXCELLENT
80% - 89% - VERY GOOD
70% - 79% - GOOD
50% -69% - AVERAGE
0% - 49% - WEAK
Secondary:

B- 70% - 79% B – 75%- 84%

PROMOTIONAL POLICY:
• Every child admitted freshly into the preparatory class must be at least 2 years of age. This is because we know that at this level the child is mature enough, will be active in class, will respond better to the daily learning in the school environment, and will be promoted to the next class.
• We support the development and individuality of every child. It is expected, therefore, that the rate and pattern of development in young children will vary as they grow and develop. EKO INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL teachers adapt their teaching methods to each child’s learning ability. Children are placed according to developmental progress and may continue in a placement/class or repeat that placement if their developmental needs warrant such a decision.
• When each pupil has met the given criteria by the school, he/she will be duly promoted to the next class. If the pupil does not meet the given criteria required by the school, he/she will be asked to take that class again. Appropriate continuation procedures are used when recommending that a child repeat a class. The decision is discussed with the parents/guardian
